Spring Things!
There are 3 spring initiatives coming up to encourage you to enjoy the season of renewal and support your love of the outdoors.
First, Earth Day is on Tuesday, April 22, 2025. This year’s theme is “Our Power, Our Planet” encouraging collaboration world-wide around renewable energy so clean electricity can be tripled by 2030. Next, Arbor Day is on Friday, April 25, 2025. Arbor Day, a day to honor our trees, is always celebrated on the last Friday in April. Learn about the trees in your town or city and plant some in your community, too.
Finally, Bike-to-Work Day is on Friday, May 16, 2025. Bike-to-Work Day is part of National Bike Month, which is always celebrated in May. National Bike Month encourages the use of bikes as modes of transportation, as a fun activity, and how biking supports a healthy, active lifestyle.
